Login as a administrator , then u will be able to unlock the local user and group.. but if local admin account is locked , then you have only 2 options

1. check with Laptops users to login as a admin
2 . if user also dont know the admin password, then you have reset the administrator password by using third party software

I’m not sure I understand the question, please try to be more specific.

Is someone RDPed into your machine? Do you have correct privileges to access computers remotely?

Hope this helps!

If you do not have your remote computer administrator user name and password, then there is no another way to unlocked them.

However there are lots of password cracker software available in net, but they might be reliable or not, nobody knows about them.
