Hi Guys I had a problem getting into the administrators account, the only user, on my com. I couldnt remember the password. So when I did get in I created a new user account with different name but with full admin rights and a password i could remember. Worked away and then shut down. Now when ever i log back in i can only see the new user and not the old administrator account. I need the old one cus my desktop had all my docs on it and i cannot see them on the new user. HELP How can i reactivate the old admin account thank u[/pre]

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Windows hides this Administrator account as it doesn’t want you to use it. There should be something that says “login as another user” or something like that? Click on that and type in the user name Administrator and your password.
