		<description><![CDATA[I think in the future, (I saw no evidence this had been done), I would pull the unit out of service and connect it singly to the WSUS, and when it had finished APPARENTLY doing the upgrades, I would reboot  and go to the list of installed updates, and to see if it actually did the install of the recent updates, stirctly as a precaution to make sure it had happened.]]></description>

After looking at WSUS, and finding a number of problems, including missing machines, I have come to the conclusion that it is time to retire this old creaky server and moving the two applications we have on it--WSUS and our A/V console--to another server. I&#039;ll need to look at how to move WSUS and then decide if I am going to move the DB as is, or if I am going to just start fresh on the newer server.]]></description>
