Windows Server 2008 x64 installtion error
Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 Installation, Windows Server 2008 error messages
When i was installing Windows Server 2008 i have been getting the following error -

Installation Error: Windows installation has encountered an error and needs to be restarted

Any suggestions? I saw a post about not entering the product key but that doesnt seem to be doing the trick.

Are you installing it on a physical server ? or a virtual one ?

Also, in what part of the installation process do you get the error ?
When you try not entering the product key, do you get the error at the same step of the process ?

Also, I saw a similar problem a few months ago with a Vista installation, and it was solved by burning the image at a slower speed...
