 Windows Server 2008 x64 installation error on IBM x236 server

I have purchased a IBM x236 server. I am attempting to install windows server X64, I get a message that no drives were found during installation. I have a single 73 GB SCSI hard drive,  Do I need to format the drive?

Check with IBM, you may need to provide the server with hard drive drivers during the install. If you do, then IBM can provide these to you.
