The answer below is only if you have this issue ONLY when shutting down.

1. Goto Server Manager
2. Goto configuration settings.
3. Check out Windows Firewall and Advanced Secrutiy
4.The default configuration for inbound connections that do not match any in bound rules,
5. Verify that you have a rule that allows kerbos requested authentication

That's it! You should be error free now!
