This is going to depend on your current partition configuration. There's actually a<a href="http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/00d076cd-6e10-42d6-a4ef-de55d9f4c0201033.mspx"> well-defined process from Microsoft</a> for doing this very thing. You can also use a more feature-rich 3rd party tool such as<a href="http://www.vistabootpro.org/"> Vista BootPRO</a>. An even simpler route (at least in my opinion) would be to install Server 2008 in a virtual machine in Vista using Virtual PC, VMWare, or the free <a href="http://www.virtualbox.org">VirtualBox</a>.
