Has anyone experienced any issues when windows server 2008 r2 domain controllers and windows server 2003 domain controller exist together?

The only issues I’ve seen came down to the clients version. You would want to have XP on SP3 and any version of Vista and 7. I’ve seen authentication issues with SP2 whenever I noticed a client try authenticating to the 2008 server.
