my windows server 2008 is randomly restarting on its own. getting the following stop error message STOP 0x000000BE ( parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4 ) ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY

Have you tried replacing the memory or tried one stick of memory at a time to see which one is causing the problem? What troubleshooting have you done thus far? Start with that if you have not done so already. --------------------------- You have a driver problem. Double check that your drivers are correct. If you can't identify the driver that is causing the problem, re-install the OS or uninstall your drivers.
