Is Windows Server 2008 compatable with Client Access Express V5R0 for iSeries OS/400 V5R1?

No.

V5R4 and V6R1 System i Access for Windows support the Windows
2008 Server Editions: Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter and Web
Server. V5R4 requires service pack PTF SI25949 or later.

V5R4, V6R1 and later System i Access for Windows do not support
the Windows 2008 Server Core Installation option.

There are no plans to support Windows 2008 Servers with V5R3
System i Access for Windows.
