		<description>On a very rare occation I have run into a simalar problem.  I have found out the machine is trying to resolve the domains it is able to log onto. it usually resolves it self but takes a while depending on the state of our network. Other times I have to reboot also. hope this helps</description>

		<description>There were no one accessing the server for 5 days due to public holiday in our country. The server has been running without such problem until then. I was not able to trace anything in the event viewer for this particular problem. Since we could not logon, the only way is to restart the server.</description>
