Windows Server 2003 office configuration question.

I have a small company which has 8 employees plus myself. I have just bought 5 thin client machines and a HP Server. The 5 client machines will connect local ally via TS to use MS Office. 3 People will connect remotely to use MS Office via TS Server. What 2003 Server software and licenses do i need?? (small business, standard enterprise etc..)? What 2003 Terminal Server software and licenses do I need ? What MS Office suite and licenses do i need ? I will also want to run exchange but again don't know which to buy and what licenses to get. Could you tell me what software and licenses I need to the accomplish the above. May Thanks

I would more then likely run Microsoft Virutal server ( Free currently) . That way you can run SBS 2003 for exhange server etc then a seperate copy of Windows 2003 server for the terminal server part.

Office licences are required in a terminal server environment.

In terms of the server it would want to be a pretty high spec box to run this .
