 Windows Server 2003 Fresh Installation

My company is purchasing a new Dell Server. As Dell creates a default partition size that will not work for our application, we are purchasing the server with no OS. So, in this scenario, is there any special version(ie, OEM) of the Windows Server 2003 STD OS I need to install on a server without an OS?

As long as your server is on the HCL for Win2K3 (considering it's a Dell, I'm sure it is), then you can install any 'version' of Windows 2003 server on it.
