Windows Server 2003 Folder Permissions

I want to grant Read, Write, Modify access to my folders on Windows Server 2003 but i dont want to give Delete access to users, Is there any way i can do this, When i give modify access to users it also gives delete access to users which i dont want, Please help!!

yes you can.

lets say you have 2 users who are under the user category that access the folder, just modify their access rights at the Advance tab, click on the user category and untick on the delete tab…

You may have to go into advanced and set some users to not inherit permissions to grant different permissions.
