Windows server 2003 dc promo error on vshere 4.0
DCPROMO, Windows Server 2003, vSphere 4.0, Windows Server Error Messages
I am getting the following error when running DCpromo trying to join an existing domain on the server

Operation failed:The network location cannot be reached

I checked and made sure there were no issues with our network connections
