		<description><![CDATA[I am not IIS guru or TCP/IP guru so I will just ask a couple of Questions.
Does the IIS server have a limit set for download size, or a time limit
have you checked the network cards for driver updates, or firmware updates, or can you try a different network card?
seems to me if everything is configured correctly it may be hardware related.  ]]></description>
