Is there any way/program to list all the modified file associations (that is, changed from their default) on a Windows 7 system? This would help in replicating a user's environment on another system.

Click start > Default programs > select Associate a file type.... program, it shows a list of all the file associations, to change a file association for a specific file type click Change program. Here u can select any one apps to open the file type (of-course this type must compatible with) for change it click Always use the selected program to open this kind of file chekcbox.
