Windows list of modified file associations (only)
Is there any way/program to list all the modified file associations (that is, changed from their default) on a Windows 7 system?
This would help in replicating a user's environment on another system.

Here u can select any one apps to open the file type (of-course this type must compatible with) for change it click Always use the selected program to open this kind of file chekcbox.
