 Windows Internet Explorer 9
Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Windows Vista, Windows Vista 32 Bit
just downloaded windows internet explorer 9 because my windows internet explorer 8.keeps shutting down every 3 or 4 mins.so i thought exploreer 9 might be better but i still have the same problem keeps shutting down.it sends the information back to microsoft.but still playing up.can you help please.

Disable all addons for IE and try to run it. 1. Maybe scan your pc for any virus, malware and etc 2. IE 9 only works for Win 7 and Vista 3. DO you see anything in the task manager? 4. How about the logs on your pc?

You should update (or reinstall if you have already) the Service PACK to its latest state.
If you are using the following..
Windows XP- install Service Pack 3 or re-install if already been installed..
or Windows Vista-install Service Pack 1and 2..
but if you are using Windows 7.run Windows update…
system files related to may have been corrupt possibly by infections..
