Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer, Internet Explorer error messages, Internet Explorer Upgrades
i previously had a ballon in the lower right portion of the screen informing me there is an upgrade to download, which was windows internet explorer 8. I clicked on the ballon and the download took place however the ballon still appears with the same upgare notification for the same windows internet explorer upgrade, what is causing this problem?
