Windows cannot connect to the printer operation failed with error 0×00000002
I have 2 HP printers connected to a Gatewya laptop sering as my print server. From my HP laptop I can print to one of the two HP printers - an old HP Laserjet 5M - but not to the HP OfficeJet J3600 Series. All laptops run Win7.
When I try to add the printer I get that error message.
I have 3 laptops which can print to both HP printers. Why can I not print from this laptop, which is a HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC.
Help, I have looked up this error message and have tried the solutions but nothing has worked.
