Is windows 7 acts as virtual machine? Or running on a parallel desktop? If yes, what is the main OS?

Also if you asked for frozen virtual machine, you can terminate the same by opening task manager (Windows) and locate the processes tab, where you can see the name of the running/ frozen virtual machine name/like that. Select that one with cautiously and click end process button. If it is Mac, open activity monitor, then from finder, click application > utilities. Follow the related process (VM) and select that one, click X and choose force quit option.
