The problem may be my lack of understanding of how the “rules” section works – but it makes little difference; I am unable to change the port. I circumvented the problem by changing the listeners for my other machines. (A virtual environment with 4 machines.)

The copy of Win 7 I’m using is an evaluation copy. The firewall or “rules” is/are quite different from Vista or previous versions. Although the registery key changes I am unable to change the firewall rule.
