		<description><![CDATA[I had a similar problem what i ended up doing was to take ownership of the print.exe file in c:windowssystem32print.exe once you locate the file navigate to ownership and change ownership from trusted installer to administator or the user profile as long as the user is in administrator group. Once that is done change permissions to full control. Make sure you have stopped the spooler service before you do the above. Once done start print spooler.It worked for me i hope you will be able to say the same.]]></description>
