Trying to print to HP 6110 local printer. Will not print. Windows troubleshooter reports "A print job in the print queue is preventing other jobs from printing". Reports problem as fixed. Won't print. Delete all jobs in print queue. Stop and restart print spooler in services. Delete files from computer|windows|system32|spool|printers. Update/reinstall printer drivers. Delete and reinstall printer. Windows update. Change USB cable. Clean boot. Printer did print test page from this computer at original install last week. System restore to last week. I get the same result every time, still won't print. I would appreciate any ideas.
Thank you!

I had a similar problem what i ended up doing was to take ownership of the print.exe file in c:windowssystem32print.exe once you locate the file navigate to ownership and change ownership from trusted installer to administator or the user profile as long as the user is in administrator group. Once that is done change permissions to full control. Make sure you have stopped the spooler service before you do the above. Once done start print spooler. It worked for me i hope you will be able to say the same.
