Windows 7 clients on windows server 2003
currently have 10 vista and 15 xp clients on a windows server 2003 domain. want to add a few windows 7 clients and am curious if there will be any issues related to the group policy we have on our windows server 2003

No there won't be any problems. You won't be able to use some of the new GPO settings which Windows 7 supports as your domain doesn't know about them, but there won't be any issues with the existing settings. Windows 7 will know what to do with them.

I won’t be able to tell you for certain, until some time after it releases, but if the GPO works for Vista, it should also work for Windows 7
