The domain is a .local which would be an internal domain and the error shows us that the workstation is looking to an external DNS server due to the IP address. A .local domain can only be registered with internal DNS servers making the domain not able to be found.

@VSh – I’m assuming this is the methodology you used here, let me know if I’m wrong and there is a better/different method.
