		<description><![CDATA[sbrogden wsent me a private message indicating where the problem occurs, and it is when the install is doing the hardware detection. It does pass, apparently, the video card. This would suggest that, perhaps, thre is a problem with the main board. I would find out what board is used and check it agains the approved hardware list on the Microsoft site. If the main board is there, then it is definitely a problem on the main board. If that is the situation, you are probably better off getting a new machine (or building one as you did with this one) than finding a main board that will accept your current CPU, RAM, etc. and go with XP Professional as the OS.
