I need a wireless driver for a USB adapter on Windows 2008 Enterprise Server 64-bit. Can someone please help?

You need to provide the make, model, version if any of the USB wireless adapter. However, If you have done a google search and looked at the manufacturers website, I am willing to bet that there is no driver available.
