 Windows 2000 Server event warning

I am running a server with Win2000 and am getting a warning in the Event Viewer. The message reads "The server was unable to read the file C:WINNThelpiisHelpcommon405.htm. The file does not exist." How can I resolve this issue without causing an interruption?
