Hello everyone, This question has been bothering me for a while. I just installed the latest Ubuntu version on my Dell laptop and it also has Windows 10. After the installation, Windows 10 doesn't boot up anymore. It just flashes for a seconds and it's gone. Ubuntu has been working fine. Any ideas on what I should do here?

Unless you created a dual boot system, which can be a little tricky, you may have blown away your Win10 OS. Here is a good guide on how that is done. LINK

If you just did an install, I’m not sure what that does to the windows file structure and the old Windows data.

You can check the main boot configuration file and make sure the relevant entries are there for windows. However grub is a very good boot loader to handle other OS. This file generally called menu.ls Or menu.lst. First open the file (/boot/grub/menu.lst) in any of your favorite editor and observer if the entry like, Title Microsoft Windows 10 and then root and more and that should be ended with chainloader +1. Or you can use grub customizer (a small tool) to check the same in GUI screen. This is here: https://launchpad.net/grub-customizer

But be careful, don't modify the file without knowing more. It is better to take backup the file and then you can observe the file.

What do you mean by "It just flashes for a seconds..."?
What flashes? What is "It"? The monitor screen? An LED on the computer? The Win 10 splash screen? Something else?

And after "it's gone", what is left there?
