Try to delete all the printer drivers from server and delete all the
printers from %root%windows/spool folder. reinstall printer drivers.

I have been troubleshooting printer spools but most of the time I end up doing a complete reinstall which 100% the Printer driver works after that. However, love to know any other solution other than reloading O.S.

I’ve both ways. The computer is FUBAR and has some other system problems so I’ve decided to back up, wipe, and reinstall.
