My team of SQL Server Database Administrators and Developers will need to learn all that we can about Availability Groups, Contained Databases, ColumnStore Indexes, and T-SQL enhancements, just to name a few of the new features that will be important to us. We are currently running SQL Server 2008 R2 and will want to make the transition to SQL Server 2012 as seamless as possible to our business/team and with over 1,500 SQL Server databases we will have our hands full learning all that we can about SQL Server 2012 before moving forward.
