Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Provide the correct drivers for the hard disk controller
-If you are trying to perform a clean installation of Windows, you must provide the correct drivers for the hard disk controller.

-When you are prompted to select the disk on which to install Windows7, you must also click to select the Load Driver option. Windows Setup will guide you through the rest of the process

-May need to entirely reformat HDD and reinstall Win7 again if still doenst work and repeat the same step provied above..

Give us some more information, What spec are you running on this machine (list components and any overclocking/underclocking you are using) plus what is the actual error message. Be as specific as you can with the error message. Without this information it could be any number of things.

This is a BIOS error which you are receiving, is it at start up or whilst its booted properlly then whilst running setup it then gives you a disk controller error? Sounds like there is some disruption on that particular controller, what type is it? And have you tried to use another controller and repeat setup? Is it an I/O problem? Rgds

i think you will need to tell us the type of motherboard you are using. or you can go to the website directly and find if there is a latest driver for your problem
