I am having the same problems. I have Crystal Reports 10 on Windows 7 64-bit and cannot get the Azalea UFL to return the barcode. As you have discovered, it cannot seemingly be registered and the instructions say to install it in directories that do not exist.

The report is used in a ASP.NET 1.0 website (successfully right now) but we are trying to move to .NET 2.0 (nothing like staying with the most current technology) and cannot get the .NET 2.0 website to produce the report with the order # as a barcode.

I have the Azalaea UFL installer and it seems to run successfully. Running it a second (or 3rd) time it asks if it should repair or remove the UFL, so something is telling it that the UFL was installed.

Have you had any luck with this problem since you posted?
