How to install Windows Server 2003 in SCSI HDD with RAID 5 setup mode

I have a Windows Server 2000 installed with SCSI HDD with RAID 5 setup. Now, I want to install Windows Server 2003, but when I try to install with floppy without reconfigure ride setup, the HDD isn't detected. Please, can you help me?

Attach a virtual floppy disk that contains the virtio SCSI driver to install an older Windows VM. or  create this image externally using a  compute host but manually starting the machine with KVM/libvirt then re-import it into Glance
