Will 360 Internet Security reduce speed of Windows 7 PC?

i am using 360 internet security free version for windows 7 operating system. is this recommend to us cc cleaner for better performance or it will reduce the speed of the pc?
i also want to know the best free antivirus to use which will not reduce the speed of pc?

    As far as my experience, yes it reduces speed, however this anti-virus is good.

    It certainly can slow down a computer - most do, even if it's just a miniscule amount, it can add up when you're running a lot of programs/services. I've found Webroot and some of the freebies such as AVG to require minimal resources.
