		<description><![CDATA[I think it does have to do with roaming.  I&#039;ve set the access points up with the same everything (different channels).  You&#039;re right, the clients DO roam, however, they tend to associate with a single access point.  Somedevices will send packets to an access point for 15 minutes before deciding to switch, and in an elevator shaft that is very bad for network continuity and true roaming.

As far as protocol, and and manufacturer: they are the same.  The locations yield about a 15-20% overlap max.
