One that you likely wouldn’t be able to justify/afford! Wi-Fi is a short range technology that’s likely not going to go that far unless your home is on the beach and your office is on an oil rig (or something similar). Unobstructed line of sight helps but it’s still likely not what you’re looking for.

Wi-Fi signal depends on distance and that type of infrastructure. If you did mean to connect internet there are several other ways that you can try.

Most Wi-Fi are good for a few hundred feet at best in wide open spaces. Even in my home I have dead spots with a 200.00 Wi-Fi router. For a signal to leave your work, through walls, floors and other obstructions and then get to you house with more walls and floors I don't see it happening. Also does you work approve of you using their Wi-Fi in your home?

You would need to boost the output strength at your work as well. I have seen some article saying it can be done with parabolic dishes (like satellite TV) at both ends or check out

It does say line of sight in step 7.

Also take this into consideration if you send the signal that far anybody in between your work and home will also get the signal and you open your self to more possible hackers of your network.

It is better to ask an expert/ask your company to provide a person who can do all of these things. If you are confident, you can do it yourself, but as your company is involved, better ask for an expert.
