What status it says, after diagnose the adapter !! if it shows, wireless is turned off / something like that, then might be proper driver issue exists there. Although u may navigate to device manager, click network adapters then right click > properties and untick all boxes on the power management tab and apply the changes, next to reboot and see if this issue appears again….
