I have a staff member that shares her Outlook 2010 calendar. She has certain types of appointments color coded. This user was prompted to change her web mail password. After she made the password change she immediately noticed that the color codes were gone from the appointments in the calendar. I checked the other staff members that have access to her calendar and the color codes are gone from there too. This issue has only affected this shared calendar. There are others who share their calendars with the same staff and nothing has changed on those - although they did not change their web mail password.
We are using MS Exchange 2008. All users are on Outlook 2010 and using MS Office 2010 with Windows 7 OS.
