 why outlook 2003 asks me to put Exchange details?

i am on domain, each time i log in and try to open my outlook 2003 it askes me most of the time to put the exchange setting, even its not the 1st time i used the pc

The only time I have dealt with this type of issue is when a roaming profile is not updating. Are there any other abnormalities, or is it just the email settings being lost?

well, we yes our user have roaming profiles, however this user having this issue only in one particular machine which is a laptop. when she login into other pcs everything is fine
yes, the setting on her outlook get lost and ask for the exchange add and so on
