Top ERP software – SAP has been famous for its
complicated UI, functions and settings, but it can fulfill ERP process
management in hundreds of industries. Almost all fortune 500 companies are
using SAP. A complete management software must be complicated. Like comparing a
car with a bike, cars’ structure and functions are much more complicated than
bikes, however, they can’t be simpler.

Ahoova is a high-end ITIL/ITSM software, just like cars,
but not bikes.

Complete system settings is one of our Ahoova software’s
highlights – strong basic settings and customization ability. From a field to
SLAs, processes and functions, all can be customized. When the company changes
its requirements, it can simply done by system setting but not redevelopment.

First, because ITIL V3 and ISO20000 are extensive and detailed. Second, because Ahoova is extensive and detailed with essentially everything needed to meet ITIL V3 and ISO20000 requirements. If you don't need to meet those requirements, you don't need a product as extensive as Ahoova. -- Tom
