Ahoova is a high-end ITIL/ITSM software, just like cars, but not bikes.

First, because ITIL V3 and ISO20000 are extensive and detailed. Second, because Ahoova is extensive and detailed with essentially everything needed to meet ITIL V3 and ISO20000 requirements. If you don’t need to meet those requirements, you don’t need a product as extensive as Ahoova. — Tom
