Why is my logical disk usage enormous?

Q:
Why is my logical disk usage enormous?
I have a cluster
server (2003 OS) in my environment with SQL Server 2005. It has four internal
disks with RAID 10 configurations. My logical disk usage is pretty high and I am not sure how to find out what exactly is “hammering” our server
or what database is making this disk activity enormous. I would appreciate any advice pointing me in the right the direction on how to narrow down the issue. I checked
the performance and tuning on this server but to no avail.

Software/Hardware used:
SQL Server 2005

Usually this is caused by a lack of indexes in the database.
