Hello – So it doesn’t empty right away but within the hour? If it does indeed empty right away then check the properties of the recycle bin. There’s a setting that says “Remove files immediately when deleted”
If that’s not the case what is your environment like? On a corporate network, running your computer solo?
RB itself doesn’t do this, it might be cause something like third party SW. Check scheduled tasks for starters. Go to Start > Control Panel > Scheduled Tasks, and observe for anything suspicious there or not ! U can open each task and see the properties about when it should fire the task. Did u have anything scheduled to run in that windows of time! Might be there is any any 3rd party sw set to run automatically at that time. If u installed ZoneAlarm, CCleaner or this kind of sw. Also check for mechanic, tuneup, checker, cleaner or
optimizer etc.etc…. These r all my guess, though u provide the environment in details for better answers.
