Great Question, VDI Suite Licenses do not include VECD as VECD is required for ANY type of VDI solution. This means that if I was using the new Microsoft Connection Broker, XenDesktop, VMware View, or whatever, I would need to buy VECD, so it was better to give the customer the ability and choice to add on the VDI Suite Licenses instead of making VECD even more confusing.
