 Trouble unsubscribing

why do i have to go through non working questions to unsubscribe? there is no field for the "handle" u ask for therefore cannot complete the form to unsubcribe. Do me a favor? Stop sending newsletters. info.business56@yahoo.com

MsWebtec, I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble unsubscribing from our newsletter. Occasionally, members will give us feedback that they are having trouble unsubscribing because their handle isn't showing. The fix for this is to clear your private data (cache, cookies) and then log in again. You should then be able to unsubscribe. To be safe, I'll unsubscribe you from our newsletters. Thank you, Jenny
