Is it a %-zero-D or a letter “O” in that string? If it’s a zero, the %0D probably indicates that a CR (carriage return) character was somehow supplied as part of the URL. I have no idea how you’re supplying the URL nor generating the .PDF, so that’s as far as my guess can go. — Tom
