When I accept a meeting invitation in Outlook 2003, the item moves to my calendar, but any attachments disappear, and show as just text. Often, I need the attachments for details about the meeting. Help!

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

This is rather odd behavior. Can you tell us if this is an Exchange account or an ISP accout set up as POP3? If this is POP3 then you can try running scanpst.

We're on an exchange server, and as far as I know, there's only one pc with this problem. He can see the attachment and open it, until he accepts the invitation. After he accepts it, he has to go into the deleted items folder to open the original message and view the attachments.

Have you taken any troubleshooting steps so far? I would suggest a repair of office. If that does not work delete and recreate the profile. What does it look like in OWA? Can they test it on another computer?
