WHY CAN'T I ACCESS MY DOMINO WEB ACCESS 8 CONTROL EMAIL FROM HOME, BUT I AM ABLE TO ON MY SCHOOL DISTRICT'S NETWORK?

If you are trying to access it via a Fully Qualified Domain Name - it might be closed to IP addresses outside of your campus. Or it is possible that they have a different server for you to access from home. If I was you I would go visit the IT department and see if they have instructions on how to access email from outside. They might have simple webmail or full blown access abailable only to people who request it. Good luck!
